Desktop personal computers have been actually mostly deskunder computers or deskbys for many years nowadays. Let's face it very rarely they are put on top of desks in modern world.
Why not deprecate the term 'desktop PC'.
But then again 'personal computer' vs laptop is also meh. Any privately owned laptop is by definition a 'personal computer'.
You usually don't use laptop on your laps today, you most probably put' it on top of some desk, turning it into literal desktop PC.
Laptop is falling into disuse, I think, being replaced with notebook. That's fine.
Most desktop PCs are shaped as bulky cuboids without monitor or keyboard
Notebooks are flattened unfolding ( folding? foldable? unfoldable? ) cuboids with monitors and keyboards
There are also all-in-ones, which are cuboids as well, hybrid types between notebooks and desktop PCs.
All-in-ones are the most true desktops of the three, unless they are put on the floor.

I spent $90 on fans. 13 fans all manually set to around 1/4 speed make hardly any noise.

Just offering it doesn't have to be loud. Wasnt a competition.
Not saying you can't keep it away from you, but if you are because it is loud. I was offering solutions on the cheap to fix that, why so damn hostile about it?

They'll suck the dust where ever they are. Regular room cleaning helps, also that's why the computers have dust filters which should be cleaned routinely as well. Smile
