How is it not bad for ubi? Unless the game is amazing, there's no upside. There's going to be spoilers, potential bugs shown and obviously if it's bad it will further lower day 1 sales.
The only upside for them is they have an extra excuse if it fails.
I'd love to see a true proper remaster of Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag. That includes higher res meshes on most models, completely new textures for characters etc., heavily updated lighting engine and so on etc. ad infinitum. All this while retaining the original feel and control of the game.

Probably gonna be ok. I feel skull and bones suffered a tug o war from all directions during development, leaving a shell of a game at the end. That or it simply wasn't being developed like they claim and it was just a backburner project
