this is what is called "convenient morality" aka "finding god when the attention drops". Spend your 20s chasing bad boys, living recklessly, and 'finding yourself,' only to hit your 30s and suddenly declare yourself reborn and wanting a stable, nice guy to clean up the mess. Im with @Il_Padrino 1000's of people did it before the internet. Its not for the views, it's the thrill. Thats like saying rally drivers do it just for the views on TV.
Is it dangerous? Yea..but like skydiving, the thrill of maybe dying and then not, is part of what makes them keep doing it.
