The utub video spamming can get tiring at times, but in truth sometimes I wish I still had the same hypeboner for videogames that headshot has
i'm still hyped for the most part, with tempered expectations, not to his level either. i usually share any extra enthusiasm with my few remaining friends however and not the hump
some of y'all also got too much anxiety to enjoy videogames now and thats often when you get youtoob spammings instead of actually playing the games
I do post a lot of videos and probably unnecessarily more often than not but they don’t have to be watched by everyone and as mentioned on the previous page, you can put me on ‘ignore’

what a positive trooper, you guys could learn a thing or two in your old age
Just put the shotgun blast of preview videos inside a spoiler, that'll solve like 90% of the problems for me. The one per post videos are ok.
This is the only feedback I'd have. I watch most of Headshot's videos, I'm too lazy to keep up with when trailers and walkthroughs for upcoming games drop lol.
It's better than the constant shitting and cumming about "woke" whenever someone sees a woman or black person in a game.
The "first" one didn't even have ultrawide support, I doubt this will have it either. Especially since they boast about having 3 presets so I'd think they would boast about UW too.

Well, they also boast about mouse & keyboard support.
That's... saying a lot.
Let's assume:
• no raw mouse
• no HDR support
• no FOV slider
• no ultrawide support
• no shits given on PC controls and experience
Two weeks to go and no mention of Denuvo on the Storepage, weird.
no doubt there will be denuvo
If the game had Denuvo it would be on the store page by now, SE never waited this long before release to announce it so far.
Also the first game didn't have it and the game is not a full price title and they never used it on non full price games so far.
I hope the screens I posted earlier represent most of the game for the second part, because playing through the first part, it looks great a lot of the time, but very average other times. Eg:
Low poly models, low res textures, average environment, topped off with an incredibly low resolution image for the background. It's hard to believe a game from the past ~5 years would have a prerendered background that is that large and shitty looking.
Anyone remember GRAW? Parachuting in on that first mission, where all of the buildings are 3D models (skip to 0:45):
That was incredibly impressive back in the day. And here we are, 19 years later with a linear game, in a small map, and we've got what looks like a 600x600 image stretched to fill the space. There's no depth, and the angle doesn't match the 3D environment you stand in. Must look awful on a 4K TV.
Would this *really* be that taxing for a PS4/PS5, to use low poly models instead? What is the limiting factor in the screen below?

I am getting towards the end. I have to say, I am let down by the OST. So many tracks are just pure background fizzle. It's like they realized they went a bit overboard with the OST and intensity in Remake but now overcompensated.
The fight tracks are fine, but all the other music is kinda boring actually...

I thought it was mostly fine, but there's one track where you go from the church > Aerith's house that is just so boring an monotonous. It feels like playing that recent Dragon Quest game where 1 track makes up most of the music.
