if u want to keep the core hidden build a room for it and put doors on side so you can get in to it that way... funky stuff this..
Heh you can make it so you can have independant rooms with guns and fly around with a crew on a ship manning those guns
im off to work. but it's fun. Built a quick star cruiser and flew to a nearby planet... gathered some resources... sold them \o/ tho... i still haven't figured out how to build a big arse ship to enter it and stuff. But it's only been 30 minutes. \o/ MORE TOMORROW. FUCK CLOUD ATLAS>
ok game is fucking awesome Almost done building my ship. Going from one end of the galaxy to the next looking for stores to finish building it. And then boooom gonna take it to the real world
costs 10 dollars for a 10 slot server. i could possibly do a 20 slot server for a few months if people are willing to play.
bleh given the fact that the server for this (the one advertised on the site) is us only...
i'll do a 10 slot server for now... given the massive pings 90% of the members on here would get... it wont last long

Yeah my wife found it too, not seen her much lately. I must have looked at her the wrong way or something? Dunno?
I've been playing this with a group of about 8 or so friends, we're all just getting to grips with building at the moment. I still haven't managed to build a ship that can sustain damage and deal enough firepower to destroy pirates, but it's all been fun so far.
We haven't really grazed the surface yet, only just started to build a station for ourselves. I've been tasked to make turrets, but they always seem to point downwards for some reason
I'll probably look into the factory stuff next, that looks fairly complex, at least it does with all the components available at the shops. This game needs warp drives or something, travel is so damn slow.
I must say this game does actually take the Minecraft formula and push into a new direction, it's certainly better than all the other millions of clones. All it needs is a little more content and perhaps a slightly better way to build certain things, particularly block orientation.
Started to play it today, super time sink . Building a harvester ship atm to farm more efficiently. Should check it out, its free and quite complex for an early alpha.
