which is better? i always like AA and HDR doesnt seems to do much in HL2
Use whatever floats your boat or what your PC can handle. It's true that AA and HDR wont work together on the PC but on many interviews it has been stated that it isn't a noticable issue. Besides, you'll be spending too much time enjoying the magestic beauty and gameplay that you wont give two shits about what you can and can't use. If you want both then buy the 360 version which WILL support both, but it wont make a bit of difference because they both damn near look the same but it's all up to you Joe Joe.

you cannont do AA and HDR at the same time. there was no HDR in hl2 other than in the lost coast demo. there is HDR in a few counterstrike source maps (militia, nuke) but I think if you turn up your resolution and turn on HDR (if you have a SM 3.0 card) you will be happy with the way it looks.
k thx for the info, ill prob use AA i like it more, FUCK is it still not out yet, this is goona be like the 6th day ive looked at this forum b4 i go to bed and check of oblivion is out, every time i wake up a check it again only to c the bad news
