So I would guess, maybe 5-8%?

So, why do we ALL have to bow down to this indoctrination? Yes, be what you want by all means, but I don't want to play a char that looks like Lilly Savage! I want to play a bloke, this does not mean I don't support your struggle, it just means you live your life as you want and let me do the same!

Just because I don't want to play an effeminate char, does not mean I am transphobic! Grow up you fucking Nazi's (yes you are as bad as Nazi's as you will not see anyone elses point of view, and only your view is correct!) See what you are and think about it

They banned me on Steam for the above post, apparently it was racist. Methinks it does not meet their care bear agenda

So it's true they watered down the insults/rude option. Even DA2, with it's limited dialogue, had a 'might' option that did what it said instead of this:

1 and 2 are still amazing.

Huh
It has barely beat yesterday's 70K peak, 77K peak today:
https://steamdb.info/app/1845910/charts/

Was expecting 100K today since it's the beginning of the weekend, now I'm starting to wonder if it will that number this weekend.

I've tried the isodemo and it's not too shabby really.

Been playing for about 3h and haven't encountered any wokeism yet.

The production values are high even for AAA standards, the visuals are nice and animations fluid.

Performance is not that great for low end gpus but that's to be expected. Thankfully it has one of the better fsr upscaling implementations I've seen, too bad there's no fsr frame gen.

I've experienced crashing in character creation and some cutscenes due to hair strand option, but the hair look so much better with this option enabled so I'm leaving this on regardless. The hair technology introduced here is really that impressive, it's the best to date, nothing comes close.

All in all I like it and intend on sticking with it even if it's nothing like DA:O, then again I liked also the Inquisition and Andromeda so I guess I'm not that picky

Out of curiosity, was the crash a GPU hang / full on GPU driver crash? I was going crazy trying to figure out the cause of it - kept crashing on a starting cutscene - for a minute I thought my card might be dying. Mad I ended up turning on V-Sync and it seemed to have solved the problem - I never thought to disable the fucking hairworks lol.

Fun fact - you can delete the files in the game/shader_cache folder to prevent the game from "verifying" shaders every boot. Apparently it doesn't need those files, as it never tries to recreate them afterwards (not sure how to force it to recreate either, so do so at your own risk).

I can never be free, because the shackles I wear can't be touched or be seen.

So far the game is better then i expected, still not MY Dragon Age but not complete garbage. However i did not dare to play it in german as i usually would with story heavy games. Only played for a couple hours and while the dialogues havent been stellar it wasnt complete trash either.

Yea it's freezing with driver crash error. Honestly I wouldn't thought that hair option would be the culprit if not for my character to go bald for 0.5 sec before the crash on one occasion Laughing

Yes, that's true.

No that's not true. After the first couple of introductory quests, you can choose who to go with you. Perhaps some npcs will be locked in, depending on the story, but that's normal.

Apart from the lame writing, the game so far isn't too bad. No forced lgbt stuff, unless you go looking for it (like with the mirror, asmonretard apparently didn't see the 'back' option)

Yeah but besides the anachronistic dialogue, terrible writing, and saccharine npcs it's a good rpg with a lot of depth.

The writing is what makes at least 50% of an RPG.

That is, for many (c)RPG fans.

I'd fix this and say 'decent RPG with some depth', but yeah Laughing

I feel like they wanted to make it like a Guardians of the Galaxy thing, or Marvel in general, where everything is funny and quirky, regardless of the situation.

Apart from characters and dialogs, worst thing so far is the performance. Especially after moving between worlds, FPS starts tanking and doesn't recover until the game is restarted.

I read that it was once supposed to be a multiplayer game and remnants of that still permeate some of the gameplay and level design. Is it noticeable?

TL:DW but yes, it was live service based shit at some point.
Then it was rebooted the nth time back to single-player.
