i tried the switch version and its not that smooth even on 60fps....which sucks if u have a high refresh rate. and also there is some small delay on key presses with keyboard, which will probably suck later on. will probably try taiwan method
indeed, PC version is not cracked and probably has the D.
Argh.. Thanks anyways

tried the game again with ryujinx and performance seems fixed and its working butter smooth at high fps and working 5.1 sound, yuzu still choppy and stereo only
really good game, gameplay and style is top notch, great combat. it reminded me of the ori games since they are more recent. some crazy platforming, very satisfying. and its a long game. what i dont like are mostly the other characters and how u talk to them, like they knew people would skip the dialogue so they put little effort, like ur zelda games, cuz actual cutscenes are nice.
also would have been nice to show more impact of time in gameplay, like rewind.
but these are just nitpicks at this point, they really did a great job, so far its goty
There won’t be a sequel to The Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown, and the team that built the game no longer exists at Ubisoft. According to a new rumor from French journalist Gautoz, Ubisoft has disbanded the team behind the game after it failed to reach internal expectations.
A sequel for the game was also pitched, but the company rejected it.
RELATED: Ubisoft Acknowledges Recent Buyout Reports
The news was first revealed during Gautoz’s show on the Origami YouTube channel. The show is in French, but a user from Reset Era summarized the report.
The report claims that a decision about the future of the game was decided “a few weeks after the release”. It was made clear by Ubisoft that after releasing DLC and cosmetics for the game, support would be done. It was also said that members of the core dev team fought for the aforementioned sequel and even more expansions.
Lastly, it’s said that Ubisoft didn’t want another game because those higher up in the company because it could “cannibalize” the potential long term sales of the first title.
Insider Gaming has reached out to multiple sources on the legitimacy of the rumor. Should any new information come in, this article will be updated accordingly. Until then, please take this information with a grain of salt.

Game sold like shit. Maybe it was a good game, but it had no place in the prince of persia franchise. Nobody that cares about PoP cares about this type of game, as most are just fans of the sands of time trilogy and wanted something similar. The moment you slapped the PoP name on this and priced it too high as well, you basically killed it.

the original pop games were 2d side scrolling games but sure, when u say pop u think about sands of time trilogy style. still it had critical success and while not many were sold i dont think it was expensive to make either
game is just really good one of the best releases this year
Grate game. The screenshot feature for spots where you currently could not progress, was awesome and should be standard.
I appreciate games that respect my time.
Modern gaming audiences ... The game has no quicksave/quickload but allows them to make screenshots (that you could make any time in any game by pressing PrintScreen) and they think the game respects their time and screenshot making is a super cool feature ...

Well clearly most people don't agree, or more like it as I said before, the price and the fact you called it PoP and it's not similar to sands is what made it not sell.
Expensive or not to make, it only made 15 mil in revenue as of the start of this year, so it probably lost a lot of money between the cost of development and marketing.
