that inch just keeps getting smaller. I think I'm off this show as it seems to be taking the piss about wasting your time.
Everytime the plot tries to go anywhere some character will suddenly stop all progress with their melodrama by having an emotional breakdown and crying. Then suddenly the plot completely goes off the rail for a long time before getting back to it.
I genuinely believe the writers have no idea how to wrap this up or where it's going, it's pretty much Lost 2.0
Just don't waste your time.
Season 1 was good bait but season 2 left me feeling completely cheated out of my time. Definitely had flashbacks from LOST, it seems it shares the same creators and unfortunately the same fate.
Depends if you liked Lost, do you enjoy shows that try mix character drama with non-sensical sci-fi? stuff. This is one of those show, the Sci Fi elements are like lost, anytime something is going to be revealed then something else unrelated / pointless will happen to keep the show going.
The character drama side is weaker than in lost. In lost each characters back-story was put together quite well (i.e. the junkie guy, the doctor, the lotto winner guy), in this show they are much weaker / borderline on who cares.
Yeah, disappointing season 2 after promising season 1, unfortunately.
Reminds me of Walking Dead, where in S1 they revealed some cool shit, and S2 they were like "oh shit we revealed too much too fast, we gotta dial it back or the answers will get in the way of our milking this into oblivion"
funniest part is that just like Lost, this just got pwned by a writer's guild strike so after this boring season, the next one is gonna either be very far off, or another filler season
wouldn't be surprised if they just killed their own show with this season
sucks though, after the cancellation of 1899 I was looking to From to scratch the mystery itch. At least Silo came out of nowhere and saved me.

Third season in and it still seems like Lost's whatever sticks in writing department. Anything that happens doesn't really matter.

Season 1 starts off strong but S2 and on it feels like a show made for viewer retention analytics using a bunch of stupidly absurd tricks to run the clock and the plot never moves forward towards any form of conclusion.
It's like a show made by data scientists to trap eyeballs without any interesting subtance. There is 0 art here.
