Not all of them have jobs of English literature, āknow how to explain your self in semblance of languageā role first. There is behavior experts, social cue experts, situational awareness agents, crowd temperature agents, first act negotiation experts (incase of situation its needed), and dozens of roles.
Sure, they all overlap into the āspeak from time to timeā role as end of line training and responsibilities if needed. But Id rather have an āheās afrikaans/10 speakerā reading behavioral cues expert, than a silver tongue speaker that isn't good at it.
You sound like Trump here: Listen, can I get some better speaking police officer? I want some that are easy to understand. Believe me, these are not Tolstoys. Twatter commenters at best people.
