1.5 million subs with 120k average views per video isnt an amount where $600k is just spare, on hand money. Even if its is, I doubt the kidnappers are going to let him leave to go get his own ransom money.
If he didn't share his bank account details with anyone and have them as approved users already before this happened someone else needs that amount of money on them to pay it, and he could pay them back I suppose.
If even bail bondsmen won't let you out with a promise I have the money in my own account to pay you [you need someone else to come pay no matter HOW much you have in your own bank. Either some else needs to get it out and bring it, or they pay and you reimburse them]. I doubt kidnappers will
