I install that from time to time, its basically Total Annihilation / SupCom 1 successor. Except its multiplayer oreinted so you will get smashed online.
Yeah but overall, it looks worse than GTA 1 and 2. It's 3d but the world is barren and the artstyle cartoony. I would love a 2.5d GTA clone that improves upon the 20 year old game.

This is the one. Took me a while to remember the name of it but releasing this year hopefully
haha, so it's the console versions they've remastered and released for PC, and no shit was given when it comes to UI, or reversed controls etc. yeah, nice downgrade!
also the textures they could've easily made them as good as for any modern game because these games arent THAT old. i even managed to make the textures for Jedi Knight 2 (128x128 textures etc, they look like a mess!) modern looking. With a game like this, with 512 textures mainly, it's super easy. No. Doesn't deserve anyone's money because they didn't care at all.
