I don't think anyone will "replace" him, the character will be retired.

Most actors are grown tired of playing the same role, so I much doubt Depp would be doing it forever even if they wanted him to. Plus he's going to be asking more and more money for each subsequent film, and the franchise already showed signed of regression in the box office (especially in NA the drop of the last couple of films was severe, i.e. from $300-420M in the first 3 installments, down to $170M in the last).
