If even review sites are critical about a AAA game, it's bad.
...or its just really good, totally depending on what the complaints are, or what you like. If you really love AAA games it might be be bad - like gameplay aren't the usual things that people expect in those sort of games.
The reviews are about what i expected for a game like this tbh. there are tons of people who absolutely hate Avatar, and i get that, its kind of lame.. personally i would say i'm rather neutral towards it, i neither love or hate Avatar, and i haven't even watched the latest one yet.
In the review there are fifteen 4K screenshots at max settings and a DLSS Vs FSR 3 image comparison (FSR3 looks on par with DLSS and works quite well in this game.).

I was intrigued by OriginalSpaceJockey’s reply regarding the option to play the game on Ubisoft+ unless it’s PC only.
its 15 bucks for a month of ubi plus. you can probably play a bunch of others. Mirrage and whatever they released and is uncracked. I find it weird how they released Avatar. Feels very thrown under the bus somehow. I dont see some big marketing push, hype, stuff like that. They spent 6 yrs and probably 200 million on this. You'd expect more effort, no ?

About the only reviewer I trust when looking at games I am interested in. There was maybe one or two games awhile back that I didn't agree with his assessment, but he's been pretty spot on with how I feel about games.
I already finished AC mirage with an Ubisoft + sub last month and cancelled. So, I'm in no rush to renew right now. Got some backlog Steam games I am working on.

often, but not always for me. i think he seems to be shilling preeeeetty damn hard in that review.
this dude is great, points out the things he can tell they've worked hard on but also pointing out the many rather obvious flaws that ACG just seems to skip:
my interest died completely. also it's $75 for me lol.. no. i could pay that for a 9/10 game, not for a 7/10 game. The pricing is insane.
