I was on the fence after the last preview earlier this year but it looks pretty good to me having seen the latest video. I like the the way they’ve added new ways for each character to traverse and the story has me interested. The loot was one of the biggest concerns and I’m curious as to how that has changed and/or hopefully improved which Im sure will be covered in this series at some point. The reviews will probably be the deciding factor for me.
This will be a good time for anyone that wants to try it to do so as it seems like anyone that applied got accepted and got friend invites. With the game coming out in 2 months this test will show basically what to expect from the final game as it really is too late for them to change much.
I won’t be playing this beta but I’m hearing some surprisingly positive opinions on it!

Just going by that video, I really did not expect that this would end up a Borderlands style game. It would be amusing if once the game is out, if Gotham Knights ended up the better game as it would just show how much the series has fallen.
One plus at least is that they said all future characters will be free but I do wonder how much other progression type stuff will be locked behind a Battlepass or some other real money currency.
Doubtful the full game will change anyone's opinion that played the Alpha test since they got to play up to the first boss fight to kill Green Lantern so they saw enough of the game to get an idea what to expect from the full release.
