i'll do a texture of the mug and make it a HeelvsBabyFace mug intead! That'll probably get me banned from Nexusmods...
Yeah, the game looks like a 6/10 at best it's amazing to see how many shills and fanboys who seems to defend it to death (too bad they don't understand they're doing themselves a gigantic disservice by defending garbage)
Indiana Jones better be a near perfect game, because if it isn't, and if the next TES / Fallout was delayed for this, then I have no words
Didn't even know there's a Indiana Jones game in the works
But, to be honest, even if it sucks, Bethesda will still be safe. They gonna release the Oblivion/Morrowind remaster/s and people will be happy again.
I know Todd has said the Indy game will be a mash-up of genres, whatever that means...
What he means is that it'll be an RPG set in the 1940s, with similar (read same) elements from Skyrim and Fallout, using the versatile Creation engine to bring his vision to life.

I made the mistake of trying to explore a planet. Holy shite that was dull as heck.
"Enlightenment is man's emergence from his self-imposed nonage. Nonage is the inability to use one's own understanding without another's guidance. This nonage is self-imposed if its cause lies not in lack of understanding but in indecision and lack of courage to use one's own mind without another's guidance. Dare to know! (Sapere aude.) "Have the courage to use your own understanding," is therefore the motto of the enlightenment."
Ok, maybe I'm missing something here: Got to mars, got a mission to clean out some ship nearby Cydonia (game says it's 700-800m away). Is the only way to go there and to any other random ruin/outpost/whatever by foot? No way to get on your ship and travel there on the surface?
Because one thing is doing that on TES 3/4/5 and FO3/FONV/FO4, because on the way there you have enemies, landmarks, some debris or small collapsed building nearby, etc.
Here, at least on Mars, there were 3 pieces of lead and a water pool on the way?
What am I missing here?

What you're going through is called shock Yes, Yes things are that bad in this game. $100 to play it early, please!
Travel light years! To talk to a boring NPC. Explore a thousand planets! Full of nothing.
It's a really bad joke
A lot of you guys still put in 100 or so hours of this crap. I would say this game is largely a success based on sales / hype, beth also managed to effectively charge double for a one week early copy of the game.
It's just mind-boggling how they didn't put a buggy/bike/ATV-like vehicle in the game. And retards are defending this like "wElL tHeY ToLd uS wE CoUlD eXpLoRe wHoLe PlAnEtS iF wE WaNtEd tO HURRRRRR"
Really glad I didn't pre-hurrdurr this crap and I definitely would if it was Denuvo'd

yeah, there are no vehicles for any of their RPG's (not sure about FO4 or FO76, didn't play).
people sometimes mod them in, but they pretty much suck. i'm 100% sure we will see land vehicles and they'll be as janky as always. Not sure i'm ever going to play this though, i just hated the story and the characters i met in the little time i played + graphics is either good (interiors) or extremely aged.

Laughing all the way to the bank..
it may be that the people that did put in the hrs were hoping for some glimmer of hope that something like a TES or FO thing might be delivered. And it makes sense because the game is designed to purposefully restrain you and promise a delayed gratification that never comes. All in the name of retention analytics. In that role, it is a success. The only game being played here is corpo bullshit at the gamer's expense.
I'm going back to my necromancer 2nd playthrough of BG3, because coming to this game from that is really jarring. It's an ok premise and once in a blue moon you'll come across an okeyish quest out of complete rubbish. But most of it is stale, safe and very lazy.
When I read some bad reviews I almost always see people complaining about :
- No PS5 version
- Empty world
- Boring
I friend of mine who loved Skyrim/Fallout games told me he couldn't get into the game as well.
I saw he had around 10 hours in, and asked him about artecfacts and what he thought about Sarah and constellation thingy.
He replied me "Which artefacts, and who the hell is Sarah ? All I did was wandering on planets collecting stuff and I got bored really quick..."
I agree Starfiled as some flaws (no ground vehicule, unoptimized & aged engine, bad inventory, ...) and that every NPC seems too political correct (but hey look at our world right now and tell me that this is not what gona happen), but in no way it is a simple empty crap game or you are playing it wrong.
more a 85% positive game than a 75% for me.

hey hey HEY
you can't be positive here
you know how people often optimize the fun out of games, taking the 'best' route while ignoring everything else? they do one thing and wonder why X game is so boring
well the opposite is also true here in Starfield. you can waste your time doing absolutely nothing and the game will not stop you from boring yourself to death
Problem with too open worlds is that it's easy to miss out on essentials. Doesn't take much to understand that nugget. Some of us do play in the way we explore everything around a objective before doing the objective.
