An Oblivion remaster would be great. Back then, the characters were so ugly, poorly animated, odd looking and not very human looking at all. To top it off they were awkward as fuck. Imagine what they could do these days with modern tech

Not interested in anything creation engine until Beth properly shows real improvements. I would be excited for new doom but Beth seems to want to push the game-play further and further into QTE simulator..u press a button something awesome happens, button, awesome.
Dishonored is another awesome button series for me as well.. dumb AI + extremely overpowered player. Let me know if Arkane make another Prey and don't derp it though.

So right after finishing Deathloop, the Lyon team probably switched to D3, so expectation is similar to Deathloop quality wise, which are... more of the same as D2 minus 10-20% because of all the people that left.
Hope they feel like in their element with this one, but its probably not going to end up commercially viable in the end like the other two.
Mefix's bingo list:
- Announcement on the Game Awards in December with a cinematic trailer
- Release in september-October with a potential delay to Q1 2025
- Some gimmick mechanic (like double world lens thing or time fuckabout from deathloop. Its always time stuff with Arcane)
- its shorter than everyone expects
- DLC's either dont exist or reach 10% of users
- Not doing the correct thing by including modding/level editing into the game BUT having some bullshit multiplayer challenge nonsence
- If we're lucky, maybe some multiplayer but it never surpasses anything other than coop.

Until a few years back I would have been very happy about a Dishonored 3, but today? [Hmmm] Most of the talented old guard has left Arkane and the higher-ups clearly have a different idea of what constitutes a quality game. After D2 and Prey, everything rapidly went downhill in terms of immersion and actual gameplay loops(huehue), with Redfall being the cherry on top of the shitpie.
As for the nuDoom Zero thing, for all we know, id might once again follow more fads that have nothing to do with Doom or perhaps even add some rinse & roguepew flavours to the mix. We'll see..I'm still curious about these but expectations are honestly quite low men.

Seriously tho, if anyone expects those oblivion and FO3 remasters to be anything more than simple change of resolution for console plebs they must be out of their minds. Nothing to see here for PC mustard race.

they'll make FO3 and Oblivion for PS5, latest xbox and especially for switch and maybe mobiles too (lol), easy money grab... maybe they will upscale the textures in photoshop or something lazy like that, i doubt they're so smart they understand AI does a 1000x times better job. the people who works there are idiots, apart from some of the former modders perhaps.
Only a retard plays those games with the 1000's of awesome mods that exists (you can probably forget about them being compatible with a new version).
can't wait for Skyblivion vs Oblivion Remaster comparisons, that will likely be hilarious.
