Hello guys,

the reason i am posting this, is because i have been reading over the different posts and i seem to have
confused myself, post (a) says 1 thing, post (b) says another and i'm lost..

What i am wanting to know is "how do i get started using ISO files through my memory card"
and what software (loaders, ebooter's..) do i need??

I am running a PSP v2.50 and have a 2GB memory card..

can someone be kind enough to point me in the right direction as to what i need to get started

1 of the games i want to run is "Lemmings EUR PSP-pSyPSP"

am i right in thinking i might have to "downgrade" my firmware to get ceryain games to run?
and only a selection of games will be avalible?

Thank you Smile

UMD emulator 8.0c!
And for the 2.0+ games you need the MPH loader. There is an 1.1 version atm.

You could also try Dev hook, if the game you are tying to run aint working.

And for the downgrading: www.pspupdates.com, helped me alot

The ISO's only work if you have a version 1.00/1.50 PSP Console, You can only downgrade a version 2.00 PSP..

Since your's is 2.50 best to get yourself a copy of the GTA UMD... At the moment all you can do is run little homebrew applications on your PSP via GTALCS since its 2.50. Hopefully ISO loader's may be possable on that firmware someday.

What deelix is saying is true BUT - A PSP v2.50 isn't downgradable :/ Sorry. You have no way of running ISOs yet

EDIT:

Sorry, I'm a slow writer..
