Why the feck aiming down sights changes player movement speed?!
Of all the things to complain about, this is what you have a gripe with? Have you tried running irl while aiming down the sights?
Have you tried running on another planet? how realistic is this game compared to the real world?
'
Anyway: Why would i pick any of these traits? I just register the shit they all give. No idea if they're worth it in the end, but those downsides sure makes them all quite unattractive
Reading players feedback here, reminds me of Cyberpunk debut.
I sticked with main quest and didn't have serious issues with the game, and with Starfield I feel is about the same.
I was hopping for a Skyrim/Fallout in Space and this is exactly what the game is, with their flaws and their pros !
seems to happen for every game now honestly, my poor humpers need a new hobby
hard to dismiss the complaints about bethesda pulling bethesda shit though, there's still a lot of low hanging fruit in starfield that could have been improved in an hour, but otherwise it's a stellar game.
i'm kind of the opposite of your playstyle though.. all i've been doing is setting up outposts, exploring and otherwise questing on mars. gotta push to do more mainquest now when there's a million other things i want to do, not that i don't enjoy the MQ
i recently abandoned some school children in space because i forgot where they were oops if only we had markers.
where the hell do you buy ship parts? or do i have to manufacture them?
you'd think ship technicians would sell them.

Teacher and school children is part of random encounter, so I guess location might differ, but if I remember corretcly I saw them on Cassiope system but I failed to help them as well, not enough ship part onboard.
You can find Ship parts at almost all big general store or UC store, they are under the Aid category .

thanks
never heard of the cassiope system.. so it's definitely not a static encounter.
maybe i will encounter them somewhere out in the starfield again
Clearly your fault for not having NSA level super duper data center quantum computer.
The gall to demand Todd's grand vision to run ok on puny little consumer CPU's..
The game isn't even officially out yet and some juicy stuff has already been released, things bode well for the future although all the technical Bryoberrations and cell-based shenanigans sadly are there to stay forever. So is the writing/quest design - unless the based SureAI folks decide to make an Enderal equivalent for Starfield
Oh, and modders who paywall 'n DRM their mods can suck Pagliarulo's mangina.
Unless having Frame Degeneration... still runs like ass.
Tested in New Atlantis, in the MAST demanding area.
Also, my CPU is a meager 13600k.
Really? I drop down to sub 60 fps on a 4090 and FG helps me reach about 100 fps in Atlantis
And apart from subtitle oddities while moving it's pretty flawless so far
I wonder how PureDarks and this one stack up against each other
Apparently the free one crashes a lot still. PureDarks gotten his one down pretty well. I had one crash so far in days of playing
Sucks that he is putting DRM on shit but he really is a magician. And even despite DRM it's a one time $5 since you can always reactivate without Patreon.
Why shouldn't people put DRM's on their work? Just curious.
I really don't think it's in the "culture" of mods to do this. Mods is something people started to do for fun, not for profit.
We are now at a point where you pay for a mod list
It's perhaps not too bad if they've spent a year or whatever and they ask $1, but i've never ran into any mod on Patreon for that little. I bought 2 mods for RDR2 (didn't end up using them, the original looked much better than what they added) and it cost me something like $25 for 2 mods, it's too much...
they can just put them up on Nexus Mods. If enough people like them they will get a little money from it. i guess patreon is a ton more profitable though...
