kk thanks, the game really assumes the player knows lot, hard to bilieve they dont even tell u to pick a class n stuff, ah well, slashing on
figured out bosses dont drop the loot, they drop some sort of egg u need to click to burst the loot out hehe

Is it just me, or is the game more about poison now? Ive completed the game several times - but now im having problem at level 80-90 with dying from poison despite me having high resist.
My level 100 had no problem reaching that level with less poison resist. (He reached that level 1-2 months ago or so).
We also pretty much ran through the game until we came to two of the final bosses in the last expansion - where we lost almost a full level. One of the bosses killed my char in 1 hit (and he has high resists, legendary equipment and 15k hp)
shitloads of new stuff in my pc. Cant keep track of it all.

Tried this last night, some key negative points -
-It's not a full conversion. Grim Dawn's Multi-Classing, Devotion tree, as well as Grim Dawn's actual classes are still present (in addition to D2's classes). This alone makes the entire thing a giant "meh" to me.
- Grim Dawn's items/loot is still present - drops in addition to stuff like D2's charms etc.
-Grim Dawn doesn't have the ability to randomize maps like D2.
-The pacing/leveling curve is all off.
Apart from those things it's actually a pretty cool recreation - but until/unless those points are addressed it's not really going to give you that nostalgia kick you're looking for.
I can never be free, because the shackles I wear can't be touched or be seen.

It's fucking incredible is what it is. I blew through all 5 acts in one sunday and was absolutely amazed. The enemy types, all the environments, everything is almost like a perfect recreation of Diablo 2. Entering the Durance of Hate, the Worldstone Chamber, everything looks what I would imagine D2 to look in 3D, it's fucking fantastic. And the sounds give a perfect feel as well.
Sure, skills are a bit off, the item interactions with the character stats and skills are off, level and enemy scaling etc... but it's version 0.62, and they have the world and enemies recreated superbly. They have the coming years to do all the balancing work.
But yeah, that map randomization is not possible is a huge bummer.

Well, it was aged even by 2016 standarts, in 2016 it could be understandable as it's basically been developed by small indie developers, but 7 years after.. it's time for a new game mate.
