smooth launch, didnt expected that. final runs better than beta, even in the city steady fps around 100 (1440p everything @ max with a 2700 super)

Imagine getting this worked up over somebody pointing out that the servers may crumble when all players, deluxe and standard, are all playing at once on the 6th.

Well I spent 3 enjoyable hours playing D4 today with an old friend I lost contact with since he moved to another nation. Back in the day when we both spent a sizeable chunk of our existences playing POE n sledging diablo (2 or 3 didn't matter cos 'our' game was better even tho we had nowt to do with it) players and during that 3 hours we had a muliplayer fun we hadn't enjoyed in a long time . Very likely this had little to with D4 except everything worked with no hassle and we escaped with our arses intact.
So sledge away u don't cop arguing much tho many will larf then turn away.

im with interinactive here, most people got the standard version.
the people who bought the deluxe/premium versions are just a handful compared to the people who bought standard. it's always like that, doesn't matter how loud a core audience is, the masses will not cry in subs about anything. this means nothing.
but i also think the beta was running pretty ok at the end so i doubt the servers will crash or anything. still i think we will get some kind of queue when it's released for everyone. maybe not as long as in the past with wow, but still a queue.

Why complain and mock about there might be queues on go live, without go live even happening yet? Preemptive anger over hypotheticals?
I mean if launch day has bad queues, by all means rightly complain.
But unless I am misunderstanding it all. is it just: you guys bought a game that I will mock because it might have queues for a date in the future that we cannot judge if it will?

I mean, it's blizzard. If you in this day and age go: "*whine*You don't know if there are queues, it's not even out yet*whine*" Then the problem is you. Every launch, eveyr patch of blizzard is queue-o-rama. No one wants to hear the old fucking "You don't know yet" As it only shows that person never learns anything and likely is dumb as a brick, and also proves that history is a pointless concept.
Bit on a tangent there, but why not.

My point is why not wait and see before seeing if you can go "I told you so".
I'm no blizz fanboy by even the most loose generous criteria. Last game they made I liked was Warcraft 2 or Diablo 2. The rest was not my vibe. And dont get me started on WoW from my viewpoint. It was the paste eaters attraction everyone copied to make the start of shitty MMO's age 
Is waiting for evidence of a thing in a game, no longer in fashion before harping how your chicken bones of prediction say it will be? And anyone pointing out there is no 100% guarantee it will or wont be seen as "Fanboy defense mechanism activated"?
The reason its so easy to do, is because if it is you can say "See told you" if its not, you still get to shittalk how it's a god worthy miracle it wasnt based on evidence on completely different games they made. It's a no risk grift of shitting on them that is win-win.

If you want to shittalk them, by all means do it. They have legitimate reasons in their history to on many many thing. But trying to wedge in preemptive shit talk because the gamble seems good your guess might be possible. Is just self serving smugness of pavlov dog like dislike (hear the blizzard bell and start drooling with furrow brows) smeared over anything you can find they do before they even do it.

Just because I dont buy their games, doesn't mean my kids, friends, and others I spent a lot of time with in games haven't.
I've never owned any pokemon games. But I can tell you about every fucking one they made, what it's like, which is generally good and bad, which had bugs, and which was horrible from my kids and everyone they know playing it.
If I don't own every game Blizz has made personally, I must live in some blissfully ignorant void of information about them and the experience I guess.
(Yet odd so many people reference game reviews as where they start an opinion here. Why? You didnt play it...so that information 2nd hand is null..right?)
I mean most all of us it seems have no experience in Covid research, mars exploration, international diplomacy or war. Or are or know any gay/trans people [cough] but sure as hell doesn't stop us from talking all about opinions on it. Why do I have to play by different rules, just because my viewpoint is one you dont hold?
if it launches and has bad queues, call it out. If it doesn't dont. Easy.
Want to shitstain gossip about bad past experinces with them..go for it. But If ya wanna bitch how a thing that hasn't happened yet sucks, I guess every gamer geeks needs thier villain company. Strange hill to die on to me.

sorc rox, dunno somehow in diablo 2-3 sorc was my instant go to option, next maybe rogue ish chars, melee is a fucking chore to play lol. pity druid feels so slugish, literally feels like whole game is slowed down while playing him

hes right tho, last paragraph sums it up, whining about the thing that didnt even happened, i mean launch happened and its TOTALLY FINE but its early launch instead of "normal" one (tho feels like whole online scene is already playing lol) so its like preamptive whining again lol.
and the truth is like i wrote previously - would be great if all pc versions of current games run this fine, had that smooth launch, had that many open betas and dev diaries talking about all the chagnes and design process. blizz isnt free from the crap they did but again - d4 luckily turned out to be great, i will enjoy campaign and some endgame, if it will be decently supported then its great, i wont pay for fucking cosmetics tho, bigger expansion in 2 years - sure, why not.
