I gave this a shot, it's pretty good but exhausting to watch. The characters are relatable but absolutely unlikable, so it's just kinda a bad time with some occasional dark humour.
i def did not expected this to be this good given the trailler, starts as a comedy and towards the end it gets really deep for such show def did not expect it and reminded me of shameless, really great directed too
The casting is exceptional, the characters are exaggerated which I usually don't like but it kinda tapers off after a few episodes. Good acting and best thing Steven Yuen's done.
I like the walking dead actor, he's good at what he does. That's about it. He's not playing a likable person though, there's no likeable character in this which makes it a bit harder to care for. Nothing really stood out in the first 2 episodes.
The plot is as thin as it gets. Two people of different classes going around feeling agitated. Could work, if they were likable characters. I don't care about the (likely) self-insert of a rich person feeling bored with being surrounded by other rich people, and i don't particularly care for the unlikable self-entrepreneur, even if its well acted.
"it's watchable" or "half-decent" is unfortunately the new "this is really good, 9/10 for me!"
its 10/10 since u havent found anything wokeh about it
yeah, it's almost getting to that level it seems. just look at e.g the new top gun, there are so many people praising it like it's the second coming of Christ. while it's not a bad movie it's also not a 10/10, 15 years ago there's no way it would've been this fucking praised. "woah, a movie that doesn't shit all over its fanbase, what the hell? 10/10!"
