bullshit surveys. Also data makes no sense, episode count is totally wrong.

Who knows, there are no official figures, but I have no doubt that season 3 isn't performing as well. Apart from the second episode, this season has been rather poor.

I'm under the impression that each season of the mandalorian is 8 episodes. I don't understand why the graph says 16 for season 2 and 17 for season 3. It leads me to believe the graph is made up.

because they dont know how many tuned in for a single episode, so they measure all episodes time spent between new episodes or only the day the episode releases idk exactly. so at release of episode 1 of season 3 there were 17ep total, so they measured the minutes watched from all of them since new episode aired. the graph should be for 3x01, for 3x02 should be 18episodes count etc..

the season 2 says 16ep so that count was made at the last ep of that season, same goes for the rest

What the fuck is up with this show? Seen 5 episodes and Bo is completely taking over. Din becomes quite the limp dick when she's present as shes the center of the stage. Why even? Did not help that she kept the mythosaur a secret to Din but was quick to reveal it to the armorer. Why? Ambition? Doesnt make for a likable character.
Saved a boy and now she's hailed as the next big thing. That's quite the reach. I'd assume there would be many leaders if thats all it takes. But disney and gash power.

Get her out and focus on whatever made the mandalorian good. Certainly not putting Din and Grogu as side cast.

Rant out

Caught up on six episodes of the Bo-Katan show feat. Mando over the weekend and it's a damn shame. It should have ended with season 2.

No chance Favreu has complete creative freedom. He might be the one who decides things at the end of the day, but the nasty purple hairs have certainly encroached on him to pressure more dominant female presence in the series as to these shitbrained individuals little female presence equals sexism. And like the regular male cuck of 2023 he gives in.

Rant #2 - speculation edition out.

Yeah, this last episode really did a good job taking us all back to the actual storyline which was hinted at throughout the season but too far in the background.

There's some really good stuff this season but it's all been covered by dank and silly nonsense that detract from the good stuff. If they nail the finale they've rescued the show.

I could see someone skilled edit this show into a very different experience by removing all the crud and nonsense.

even if they pulled another episode like this for the finale they not rescued the show lol dont kid urself

i hope favrou takes all the backlash for this season and makes proper changes given he writes this show else by the time they make that ending movie nobody will go to see it

The finale of season 3 was great. Some good stuff and some silly stuff in the season. At least they ended it with a bang.

One of the three newly announced Star Wars movies will be directed by Dave Filoni:

Quote:
In a recent interview with news branch called The Collider, here’s how Dave Filoni described his work on said brand new film:

“…will involve the New Republic and take place during the events between where 1983’s RETURN OF THE JEDI leaves off and 2015’s THE FORCE AWAKENS begins.”

Filoni’s Star Wars film in particular will additionally focus on and tie in each of the storylines in and seemingly with other Disney+ TV shows, such as The Mandalorian, The Book of Boba Fett and even the upcoming series that has yet to be released or even have a release date just quite yet, Ahsoka. It is also known that this movie in particular will close out all of the “interconnected stories” between the three TV series as mentioned previously up above.

Meanwhile The Mandalorian season 4 has already been written by Jon Favreau and is being worked on. I guess it will be the last season if the movie will close out the Mando, Boba and Ahsoka storylines.

Until then we've got Ahsoka starting in August.

I only started this season 4 nights ago and have watched 2 episodes a night.
Can imagine it made it a lot more bareable than waiting weekly - some of those first 6 episodes were almost unbearable.

The last two were good though, and watching them back to back almost felt like a film.

One thing I will add - some of the acting and dialogue has been unbelievably bad, almost laughable at times.

Andor has certainly ruined this show Very Happy

I wonder if the rumours were true and the boba fett episode was actually going to be the opener for this series of Mando?

cool jetpack fights but endless jetpack fuel where they couldnt chase the dragon to get to that guys son in early season Laughing Laughing

fuck i miss andor

I was coming here to say that. After Andor, this show is amateur hour Very Happy

I enjoyed it nevertheless, despite it clearly being the weakest season so far and all the silliness involved. Hopefully next season will get back to S1-2 levels (again, nothing impressive after Andor) and bring Bill Burr back!

Did it go like that all the way to the end? I can't muster up the strength to watch it as simpalorian as you so aptly put it was very, very off putting.
