A website that will take any video you make and: host, distribute, promote, and store it for the entire world to see for FREE, at no cost to you other than a webcam and some form of internet to get it to them. THEN they will pay YOU for random people watching it.
Is that not enough? You now need to dictate to them, the rules you demand of what they will take and host, distribute, and stream worldwide for you for free. And if they have any rules you dont like you get to make them the bad guy? Or if they dont promote you (for free again..you dont even PAY for the free advertising they do) over someone else you get to whine the system is the bad guy?

And yes, some people made a living off it as a full time job. But that should be considered a major luxury, that might go away, and not a requirement you demand of them taking your shit for free and doing all that for you.

I'd say the reason 90% of all these crying youtubers' content doesn't get as much views is because the content sucks. People go on youtube to watch shit that interests them and that can be tricky to catch and interests change overtime.

Youtube is a historical privilege to even have as a viewer, let alone make insane money out of as a creator. Should see it and use it for what it is and not count on it being a forever golden egg chicken.

As the self proclaimed forum DSP expert, there are IMO three main pigroach audience groups (excluding subtypes like the dentractors):
- hate watchers/detractors: these usually watch restreams as not to give the pigroach an audience, but some of them watch his stream directly
- normal-ish watchers, usually normal people that fell into the pigroach cult/narrative of us-vs-them
- disabled people. Not even joking, guy has quite a few fans literally in wheelchairs and/or with dents on their heads. And he doesn't hesitate in taking their money or insulting them when they finally get rid of the pigroach's pignosis.
There's also the speculation that he or someone on the pigcult uses viewbots but it's sorta inconclusive.

I ended up googling DSP, (which was futile for a 3 letter acronym), to go to youtube and search it and get people talking about DSP, to find a video that had DarkSidePhil in the title, to find out what DSP was and who DarkSidePhil is.
I dont spend a ton of time on youtube maybe 3-4 hours a day while working, but I have never heard of him. But then again my 'side' of youtube and his type of content would be miles apart so guess it was never recommended to me.
