My list of AAA's I'm interested in is a pretty short list list year, here's my list and it doesn't necessariyl mean i'll end up playing them either:

Starfield - Maybe, im interested here as its new IP.
Stalker 2 - Depends how close to the original games it is vs. metro exodus.
Alone in the Dark reboot - maybe.
Alan Wake 2 - maybe.
Silent Hill 2 remake - maybe.
Perfect Dark Reboot - maybe.
System Shock Remake - is that this year? never played the OG.

AA souls games like the one from the deck 13 mens and lords of the fallen (think it's this year, too).
Stalker 2 is IMO, unfortunately, vaporware.

For me it's only Dead Island 2.

And "maybes" for Starfield and Final Fantasy XVI.

PS: Want to plat The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom so much. But it's only on Switch and I will never have it. Is there some decent emulator for it?

EDIT#2: I found https://yuzu-emu.org/. Hopefully that can run the Zelda game.

STALKER2
Starfield

If the Fallout 4 'remaster' doesn't fix the areas with huge performance drops, they can keep it

PC is the way to play both this and BotW, on PC it has 1000's of mods, and almost an unlimited amount of things you can tweak graphically. you will have way higher resolution and FPS too. Been at least 3 years since i was invested in the emu scene so i'm sure its even better today.

That's how I played Breath of the Wild 5 years ago but it was on a Wii U emulator. Haven't even looked if there's Switch emulators already. Good to know they work good, thanks Vurt. Do you also mean the one I linked or is there some better emulator? I see the Yuzu one has good compatibility list.

Cyberpunk when Sons of Liberty will finally come out

Stalker 2, but it's the one I'm least confident about (and Starfield is in the above list Laughing)

That's mean, man, but... probably true.

Yeah, kinda.

I think 2023 is going to be a good year for VG.®

I don't know when/if I'll play these but:

STALKER 2 - with a giant asterisk attached to it since it currently displays radiation levels > 36 R
Starfield - with another moon-sized asterisk due to Todd and the fact that the game will most likely need several mods to be truly enjoyable
System Shock Remake - assuming that it releases in an acceptable state (big if)
Baldur's Original Sin 3 - expectations are low and the post-Early Access chapters will probably require many additional months of ̶E̶n̶h̶a̶n̶c̶i̶n̶g basic patching, but still
Silent Hill 2 Remake - with the hope that it will follow the RE2make route and not the cinedurrmatic one
Alone in the Dark Reboomake - same as above
Alan Wake 2 - still a mystery, we shall see I guess
Dead Island 2 - could work well as a time-waster in its own way
Jedi Survivor - could work well as a time-waster in its own way, Part II

(2024 and onwards)

Death Stranding 2 - assuming that Kojima won't completely lose his mind
Warhammer 40K Rogue Trader
Gothic Remake - with the hope that it won't be as completely disastrous as that early demo thing
Hollow Knight Silksong Forever
BioJudas - could be interesting if the tone won't be excessively jarring/TikTokian
WRC Rally game from CodEA - already prepared to face the worst and break the car Samir
...

GTA VI
The Witcher 4 Wild Pants
inXile's new game
TES VI
Bloodborne
Alexandra Daddario
...wait, this isn't a wishlist Poker Face

Then there is the usual AA/A/indie stuff that looks interesting (on paper) like Homeworld 3 Forever, Broken Roads, Jagged Alliance 3, Men of War 2, the new Amnesia, STASIS: Bone Totem, The Lords The of The Fallen reboo, Repella Fella Cool Face and so on. Many of the titles that I look forward to also are in Early Access and their ETA is unknown: Ready or Not, Sons of the Forest, Colony Ship, Gloomwood, Blood West, UBOAT and more. X4 Foundations, Cyberpunk and M&B2 belong to this category too. PC gaming is in shambles these days, but fingers crossed men.

Random creations of an insane mind / Screens from Bulgaria [Early Access]
