For anyone who has Prime status (basically you bought the game when it wasn't free yet), Valve is massively sending invites to enter the CS2 Limited Test. The only other requirement is to have an active official competitive matchmaking Skill Group (just win one competitive match and it will reactivate in case you haven't played for 30+ days).
My skill group was expired and I played (and won) a match yesterday and earlier today I already had my invite waiting for me in-game.

From what I read no new invites have been sent after the second wave on friday night, when I got mine. Be patient, I'm sure a new wave should be planned unless they plan to officially release the game in the next few days (it's a possibility).
