Don't get why so many people support Empress on the FitGirl hate
Everybody knows FitGirl just repacks, it's in the name of her releases and she doesn't claim otherwise
She found her niche and clearly a lot of people love her repacks, they have their place
It's like some farmer complaining that some other place just sells fries using his potatoes

I don't even see what the issue is. From what I understand, Fitgirl just reiterated her stance from a couple years back that she would not be doing a repack of Empress' Atomic Heart release if it comes out.
Some guy posts a screengrab of it on the piracy forums, either misunderstanding the wording or doing it intentionally to stir shit up.
Empress sees the locked thread and somehow gets mad at Fitgirl for saying once more that she won't repack an Empress release because that's what Empress wants.
I think Empress is off her meds.

From what I read, Fitgirl's stance is that she doesn't want to repack games with obfuscated/protected cracks (which Empress does to her releases) because no one would be able to tell what's happening under the hood and could be a potential entry point for malware.

Being ON the internet isnt enough like it use to be. Now being on and known on the internet is the thing: Everyone is on it now..how do I climb above that peasant crowd to be acknowledged as one of the residents of earth everyone knows (or die trying to be that)?
Now that its not a niche thing to do only done by social introverts and nerds [being online], Might as well try to stand out as one of the famous ones being online, since people that care about that stuff is now online too with you. And the internet is by FAR they least effort needed out of any medium to get famous in.
The very fact every social media has upvotes/likes/kudos/whatever I think points to the need to feel validated and 'known' in the sea of billions of posts. Now a days doing something on the internet for people isnt enough, being KNOWN for doing stuff on the internet for people is the way to go
