No, it's actually fine. It doesnt have acceleration. And it's also smooth, whats going on here ? I haven't played a new game without stutters in what feels like years by now. Its compiling the shaders when you first enter the game after this latest update. Wait a few minutes until it finishes. Then its butter smooth gameplay, jesus.
I suspect that the stuttering from the previous videos was either due to the earlier leaked build which was incomplete or the unlocked framerate. Lock your framerate to something that can be sustained, dont leave it unlocked so it jumps all over the place and gives you choppy gameplay.

Patch added shader compilation step, now it's stutter-free so far.

Some review claimed that neither DLSS nor ray tracing barely do anything, have you tried those?

Anyone else can't get in the car after exiting the big building? It still just says "available in the full version" and won't let me interact with the door.

You can buy game pass for windows with a single dollar right now and that gives you a month of access. And then proceed to download this game for free from there and start playing right now

Same, but I accidentally got it fixed somehow. I deleted the game's config/save folder in %appdata%. That didn't solve the problem. Then I rebooted my PC and the xbox app redownloaded about 2 gigs worth of data for the game, and then the problem was solved. Sorry for the ambiguous "solution", but that's all I did and suddenly it just worked.

Is this about the dev-build thing, or the full game is already unlocked? The game is updating now on gamepass

I'm actually surprised that there seems to be a functioning albeit somewhat disjointed game here, I'll definitely give it a try as per usual when it's patched up and the buccaneerish wind will blow. I don't really expect much in terms of depth and I'm already prepared to wear the anti-cringe coat for the lowbrow fuckyea protagonist, but at least this is a setting/formula that doesn't turn me off (unlike the majority of recent titles).
