to me is the other way around, played it too at release but i do remember most of it...the fact that i know most things dosent make me enjoy it more, which is why i dont like replaying games.
curious how tlou1 remake would feel, its same thing
Well at least this game is good, looks great, runs properly and is feature complete. That's more than you can say for almost any AAA game in 3-5 years.
Callisto Protocol, Hitman 3, RDR2 to name a few. These are visually impressive games that delivered more in terms of visual fidelity at the time of their release.
Dead Space Remake just came out and it doesn't look all that impressive. The lack of reflections and the questionable textures quality are quite glaring.
it does look great. but ok lets say it doesn't, even if it would, you would find something other to bitch about, like always. no wonder your reviews failed, who takes you seriously, if you whine about everything all the time.
Cheers, listing your comparative better games is useful for context. Callisto is almost nope across all categories you could judge a game on outside its graphics though. Think about it, story nope, performance nope, dlc/stripped content nope, combat system big nope, graphics - win.
Having played through probably about half of this remake by now, I'd say its graphics are about on-par with RE8. They did a great job on the environments (avoiding same looking areas because of it's setting) it runs well - max everything, 100fps 3840x1600 (3080). The combat is damn fun with the dismemberment weapon and enemy designs.
The only drawback is that it's a remake, if you played through the original a lot it's probably not gonna be that worth it. Next 6mo AAA's > Potter, Returnal.. maybe buggy Starfield if Todd can't convince MS to delay.

But I referred strictly to your statement about the graphics, this is why I used Callisto Protocol as an example. The game is quite bad otherwise.
tbh EA is weird in that regard. if they milk it they milk it hardcore and abuse the franchise and destroy the devs but on flipside there are games like this, it takes two and lost in random etc. Wish they would mainly concentrate on making good games lol
You guys know you can play it on EA Play Pro for a fraction of full price, right? You can even buy EA Play Pro at the beginning of March and have this and Jedi Survivor for like $15
Signature/Avatar nuking: none (can be changed in your profile)
