lol, they wanted to make remake MORE INTERACTIVE, so remember the moment where the monster impregnates the victim and then they burst through the window ?
You know, You could watch that, walk around, or don't watch that.
Now it's a cutscene, so nobody can miss this important moment.... how is that more interactive, wtf, fuck you modern game devs

Yup. Pretty big discrepancy between this one and Calisto. Since most people here probably haven't played that turd, they're likely not aware of the game's single good point: the graphics are probably top 3 in existence currently. This one just looks middle of the road from that point
With Callisto it was clear the graphics were v. good, It was also clear it had poor / dumbed down gameplay (on launch). Then there were all the other problems.
At least you know the gameplay, story etc. will be good here. Hoping Callisto lost a lot of people money and some lessons were learned.
One thing that returns from the original is new game plus, and while Motive declined to share specifics at this time, Berry says, “you'd definitely benefit from going through the USG Ishimura a second time.”
Exactly the deep emoji that came to mind when I read the article
Also, could have sworn that Callisto protocol had the exact same article coming out but wasn't able to find it.
