Already an avalanche of comments from console only tards who break their fingers trying to use m/kb how this game was never good, and how badly it needs a remake. And when it came out, at least in PC circles, the Codex and paper pc magazines were saying how this is a jewel of a game that needs to be savoured because something so good only comes out once every several years.
And to look at the disrespect from consoleros who are angry that its not on console and they cant play it with a pad ...
This, such retards
Also, from the article:
Quote:
The game is currently in the early stages of development at the Polish studio Fool’s Theory, where veteran Witcher series staff are involved. We, as CD PROJEKT RED, are providing full creative supervision.
Not developed (at least so far) by the 'murican studio that they're going to (likely) fill up with 'murican wokémons in Boston but instead by true blue/red/even wokémon kurwas so there's some hope for this.
Biggest problem with the original IMO is how long it got things going, that's about the only major change I'd make.

I definitely enjoyed the combat in Geraldo The First as well with its rhythmic nature and the constant need to rely on alchemy, making the Hard difficulty actually demanding. Still, I wouldn't be against a different and more dynamic system as long as it's not excessively derpized - we'll see I guess, it's not an easy remake at all. TW1 also had/has an excellent and unique atmosphere, deep characters, interesting quests, and lore - I genuinely hope those aspects won't be bastardized. I expect fewer boobies, though
^^^^Didn't even think of that, obviously the cards with the tits will be out, but the question is if someone somehow mods it back in after the release, will the nexusmods cucks struck it down by then?

Maybe not. Wokeness has different forms. One group will accept male nudity while reject female as that is sexualization and objectification. A different group will say that female nudity is just as natural as male and shove it in our face just the same as male
I bet 99% of these... whiny 'players' still don't know that you can also ROLL in Witcher 1. More-so, you can also JUMP like a badass mo... grand-daughterfucker over the enemy and attack from behind...
See what I did there?!
Too bad these RED bastards (that I somehow still appreciate) never removed negative mouse acceleration from the game. I'd still play it today...
CD Projekt Red didn't say anything else about the new game, reiterating its point made in October that "it's gonna be a while until we can share more details."
"The Witcher is where it all started for us, for CD Projekt Red. It was the first game we made, ever, and it was a big moment for us then. Going back to this place and remaking the game for the next generation of gamers to experience it feels just as big, if not bigger,” added studio head Adam Badowski at the time.
The original Witcher saw Geralt adventure around the Temerian capital of Vizima, a location briefly visited in The Witcher 3. While players could only access the royal castle in the third game, however, the entirety of Vizima, its outskirts, and more will be opened up in The Witcher remake.
Each of these areas was broken up as a different level, however, and for the most part, once one had been completed players couldn't go back. With the remake, however, it appears that all of these areas will be connected, and players can walk in and out of Vizima the same way they do Novigrad in The Witcher 3.
Bear
Operating from Haern Caduch keep, carved into the stone of the Amell Mountains, the School of the Bear forged resilient, fearless warriors. Witchers of the Bear School were made to endure a trial of the mountain as part of their training, where countless frozen corpses of fallen students strewn about the cliffs served as sobering reminders to the danger of their trade. Due to the setting and manner of their training, many Bears often chose to travel to the Skellige Isles, where their skills could be used to their fullest potential. Bears hold little value in camaraderie and brotherhood. They do not adhere to a strict code nor do they serve their own egos. Instead, they focus solely on the task at hand, choosing to work alone. With self-reliance at the forefront of their philosophy, their training prioritizes defensive skills. Through their mastery of the Quen Sign, heavy armor and crossbows, they are able to keep enemies at bay until they find the right opportunity to deal a devastating blow.
