What are the chances this is some guy/gal who got their hands on a copy from a factory and doesn't have the connections to get this to the scene. Next best thing would be to rar it up and post it encrypted to the ngs and then have a group get in contact with the poster for the password so said group can begin cracking?

or its some guy who has it and has friends trying to crack the password so that they will get back to him, he extracts it and then releases it under his name
