A Plague Tale: Requiem, Scorn, The Dark Pictures Anthology: The Devil in Me(for Jaboody Dubs' playthrough of it Very Happy), Warhammer 40,000: Darktide and The Callisto Protocol.

"I think Call of Duty resonates because it's believable and relatable," Sledgehammer Games cofounder Michael Condrey says.

Believable and relatable...Yep, sounds like Call of Duty

But when is your game coming out, bb? Would have attended Pax in Australia if I lived there.

1 and 2 are still amazing.

November or December I think. It's pretty much done, it just needs some hardcore testing. Now that I have a full time job again, I've gone from working on it 7 days a week down to maybe 1 day. It's tricky

Among the ones that are supposed to come out before the end of this year, I'm mostly curious about A Plague Tale Requiem, Scorn, Company of Heroes 3 and The Callisto Protocol

Then for 2023 and onwards: Sons of the Forest, Resident Evil 4 Remake, Starfield, System Shock Remake, Homeworld 3, Alone in the Dark Reboomake, the bloody elusive Hollow Knight Silksong, Victoria 3, Warhammer 40k Rogue Trader, the poor STALKER 2 Forever and so on. At least a couple of those will likely ship with the Derp though, which automatically enables the patient bear mode.

Many of the games that I'm looking forward to are still in Early Access also: Colony Ship, Ready or Not, Satisfactory, Prodeus, UBOAT, Baldur's Original Sin 3, Gloomwood and more. I expect some sad trombones, but hopefully there will be nice surprises as well.

Ready or not is shaping up Smile In other words, the devs actually care and hopefully doesnt abandon it for another project.

And I just checked out Gloomwood yesterday after EA version just popped up some days ago. Im not really a fan of sneaky horror games, but this one seems somewhat intriguing

Glad to hear that, it's been so many years since we last had a competent single-player tactical shooter. The number of filthy imposters and tactichurrs has been absolutely staggering Very Happy Laughing

I have it and it's really solid. still a WIP, of course, but more than playable.
I really got that SWAT 4 vibe from it.

I got nothing, currently playing Disney Dreamlight Valley out of pure misery Laughing
(honestly, it's not bad for early access and supposedly already has 30h of gameplay, but it doesn't tick the right boxes for me (yet)... What I liked most about My Time at Portia were the individual schedules NPCs had and the holidays/festivals. I might give My Time at Bedrock a chance, but that's also still in EA)

There must have been a door there in the wall, when I came in.
Truly gone fishing.

I remember all those delays of the first one. And when it finally came out the damage system and hit boxes was way off. All that got fixed over time, and with mods I enjoy all 3 games.

Victoria 3 (in 10 years when all DLC are out)

Some where I need to see more first, but interested in:
The Great War: Western Front
Bulwark
The Entropy Centre
ENDLESS Dungeon

PC: Yes. Console: No.
