Id say get a stainless steel outside one with no big frills. Ice maker if you want one but no screens/water filtration etc. If you want water filter buy one for the sink.
Last two fridges we had, one in a rental place we lived in last and the last one we had here, was stainless.
Wipe it down quick once a week outside and its good to go. It looked nearly as good 10 years later, as it did new.
BUT the one when we moved in here had a touchscreen, that was outdated by the time we moved in. And was slow, glitchy and a bitch to change temps on. And the water filter on it started fucking up and beeping it needing filter replaced even after replacing it, and leaking. Fixing it would have cost more than just buying a whole undersink system.
