Do you even know if it's possible to duel wield? I doubt it, as i've never seen it in either screenshots or videos, and it's something they would definitely make sure the public knew about.

yes and as % go some people with top spec PCs will have large penises too. Wink

I hope double weilding is possible, now thatd be awesome.

back to the game, heard loading times are there on xbox, but anyone know if this game makes use of higher RAM i.e. 2GB and loading times drop significantly?
some games really benefit from extra ram, others load just the same. hope oblivion does utilise system resources fully and I hope the engine is optimised too, none of this Boiling Point shit. Shocked

Apparently the PC is slightly faster at loading, but the difference is no-where near as great as was originally though.

is this the first high end game is this some kind of new thing a new game comes out and the gaming world buzzes with inticaption people are so worried the game will or wont work on there computer lets check the game first too see if its buggy that it actually runs at all these days u can never know and still 12 days to go till the finger tips buzz with excitment:)

Omg thats the longest sentence I have ever read Smile Next time use one or two of these............

No matter how bad the loading is I just cant believe it will be worse then morrowind. I mean they had to learn something from that mistake. No matter, I enjoyed morrowind even with those little stops in gameplay.

Guys, do yourself a favor and just forget about it. Place your preorder (or not, depending on your point of view of its worthiness), and carry on with life.

I used to be the same way, watching an upcoming uber title such as Morrowind every step of the way, eagerly anticipating it at every waking moment. Sure its fun to get all hyped and excited, but it eventually leads to one thing: greater disappointment value.

Just don't worry about it. That way, when the 21st rolls around, and your copy comes in, you can have that "Oh my fucking christ, that's right! Oblivion is going to be here today! Holy shit!!!!" moment. Its oh so much more intense if you're not expecting it.

well someone made a dual wielding mod for morrowind(only possible with his special weapons though)...
since this engine should be ALOT more modable than morrowind(is that even possible? Very Happy), i bet my left testicle that someone will create a dual wielding mod for it, even if it might take a while

You haven't even played Oblivion, how can you say that pile of shit MMO is better? Besides that, you have to ask yourself, can you really compare multiplayer MMORPGs to single player RPGs? I don't think so.

A singelplayer game is better i mean in the mmorpg you have to work with other guys to do quest,,, almost impossible to quest by yourself..

Singelplayergames are better, but that´s my personal opinion.

well my cents on oblivion:
it seems they improved from morrowind in the sense the world is more "lively". no more those cardbox npc that spit their bulletin news in a cnn form.
on the other side, morrowind has been very demanding for the cards of the time, and unfortunately it seems for oblivion, the "loading.." syndrom every 10 steps will most likely come back..
the battle between gothic 3 and oblivion will be interesting to watch Smile

wow i just watched the leaked demo of a movie of 40 minutes of play from starting of game ,looks simply superb.
wonder how it got leaked in the first place on some of the networks but from the impression i got from movie the game is the best of its kind.
