I managed to get my first DD animation with low noise, smooth animation and high quality rendering (I used a more "robust" diffusion model, ViTL14), 200 steps, low turbo setting etc.) which have taken ~24+ hours for 700 frames. I'll have to try to upsize the video since Youtube recompressed it into potato quality at 480p with lots of compression artifacts. I used 768*512 as resolution to avoid each frame taking ~45 minutes to render. I also used Flowframes (thanks vurt) to interpolate from 7.5->15 fps, then loaded the resulting video and ran 15->30 fps and again 30->60fps with 2x slow motion in the last stage to make it as smooth as possible.
What's absolutely amazing is that I didn't even attempt to make the animation fit the length of the song.. and guess what. The final video reached 5:19 and the song it 5:20. That's insane coincidence.
It's a very old song (with no guitars!!!!) but I still like it and the music video kinda fits although I'll have to try to do something similar in the ocean.
Scyphian Dreams is the name I came up with in the early/mid-90'ies for my non-rock/metal songs. I'll see if I can find some more sometime or possibly do remakes of them with my more evolved musical knowledge and ears.
ps. if the video doesn't work directly in the forum, click "watch on youtube". It just shows me the loading-circle when I click it here but the link works perfectly well otherwise. No idea why, I've uploaded and set the video to public.
ps2: Is the video working for anybody else??? I can move the slider and see the preview of the video but the view itself is just stuck on the buffering circle. The video is set to public with no restrictions and works just fine when watching on youtube. I have "embedded viewing allowed" enabled etc.
