"FromSoftware takes the ball that The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild got rolling and runs with it" - IGN
it's how you can tell that the people on IGN are like 18-20 or people who doesn't really play games much at all. yes BotW was a successful open world game, just like TES, FarCry, RDR, previous Zelda's and hundreds of other games before it.

I think nintendo fans dont really play other platforms, so they always think what they play there just invented gaming.
Zelda discussions online are always funny. Open world, climbing, systemic gameplay, climbing towers to reveal the map, etc. They have some parroting for everything how its not ripped from Ubi's design book, but its fresh and elevated the medium.
When the fact that Elden Ring has you make notes in the journal using an almost carbon copy layout and icons as Baldurs Gate did in 1998 for the exact same action - people didnt say ER uses a decade old gameplay feature, its was being inspired by Legend of Derpa. Im sure some will twist ER's reception in their head as proof how awesome zelda is.
...he hates the "Simon-Says"-combat (his words) so i doubt he'll review it.. i usually like his takes but sometimes he's off
Huh? This is what he thrives on, hating a well-loved game. Then, he will get hate in the comments, and he will release a video stating how fair he is and how he is the only fair reviewer on utub, for which he will also get hate comments, so he will turn off the comment section, and then release another video titled "mental health update" with comments turned off.

he plays indies to 90% and the 10% that aren't he usually doesn't like, like Guardians of the Galaxy, i remember him hating that one a lot because, again, of the combat.
Solid takes on the indies i think..
So where is the cheapest I can buy this and unlock it using my VPN to NZ ?
I'm in Canada.
Thanks and sorry if I can't ask this, just disregard if so.
Green man gaming has it for 20% off, that is best i found excluding any regional pricing shenanigans. But for me in Canada GMG applies sales tax, whereas something like Gamesplanet does not so even though discount there is lower, overall I paid less on Gamesplanet (~$64 CAD) vs $72 it would cost on GMG.
Probably has one of those fucked up eyes that looks out of the window at a cat whilst the other one is watching TV, the one where when they look at you, you keep moving about to keep up with it. So to him its normal

"I think Call of Duty resonates because it's believable and relatable," Sledgehammer Games cofounder Michael Condrey says.
Believable and relatable...Yep, sounds like Call of Duty
