General question / topic for discussion... do you think one should judge a product based on only the product, or also based on who made it?
As an example, if there's a game I like (not this one in particular, just some hypothetical game), I'll play it regardless of who made it; if it's not pirateable then I'd buy it. But I'm seeing people more and more frequently care about stuff such as whether the devs are likeable, whether they care about diversity and such stuff. Should one's enjoyment of a product depend on where it came from? /discuss
(Related note: in the scientific community there's a term called "double-blind reviewing", and it basically means that we should judge results purely based on the results themselves and not by the authors.)
Ideally only the end product should matter, bringing identity politics and all that bullshit into the mix just gets tiresome and invades what should be about escapism.
That being said, I have no qualms whatsoever pirating games if they're published by the likes of EA, Ubi etc. - fuck those guys.

There is a game called Cyberpunk I'd like to sell you
That's cool and all, but it'd be nice if they'd focus on releasing the missing classes/subclasses before endlessly reworking stuff endlessly as an excuse to stay in early access for as long as possible.

Is this better then Grim Dawn ? I bought both games in the sale for a few Pesos but have not touched them so far, i'm in the mood for a new ARPG but no clue which one to try first.

You can't go wrong with either of them.
Grim Dawn is a finished game. You can play it from start to finish.
Last Epoch is still in development. It's already heaps of fun but more content will be added later (including multiplayer)

GD is much better. LE is in EA status like forever and it will stay that way for even longer. They've run out of ideas how to make game better and that is why they are sticking to EA. Actually it's not a bad game, but no way near good either.
And GD is an old game, but it got many updates and etc so it's quite enjoyable and the modding scene can make your playthrough more challenging or unique. You can even replay Diablo 2 in GD with a mod called Reign of Terror
I would say Last Epoch is better and they definitely did not run out of ideas. Some stuff definitely needs reworking and they are doing just that. The multiplayer development is advancing too slowly and that's a shame though.

Now that's intriguing never heard of this mod but D2:R was such a let down for me and this actually looks like what i wanted out of it so a 3d D2 with a bit more modern ARPG gameplay mechanics, nice.
Are the rest of the sub-classes done yet? Not sure what the fuck they're waiting for in that regard.

Imagine playing 6000 hours of this before realizing how bad it is..
They make constant adjustments. This issue is most likely something recent.
He says you gonna go the way you have more mores and then he types more and his build has no "more" nodes. Also, he talks about the small difference between gear and non-gear in terms of damage and he drops from 7k+ hits to 1.5k hits.
I haven't played in a long while, but I'm hoping this doesn't turn into something casual. That will truly suck.
