The Chief is 6'10" or there about without armour so its probably his height not the actors.

If you want to sustain ~two hours of action packed CGI movie, you need a huge budget. That one I linked most likely cost 1-5 million, filmed in Bulgaria, with C or D or E grade "actors" and probably as little effects as possible, all in an amazing 90 min package (5 min of those are credits). Laughing
