I guess the rumor were right about the court of the owls thing, I also guess it was planned as another "Arkham" game taking place after Arkham Knight, its even have some story-elements from Arkham knight's ending, but they scrapped the idea and instead decided to make whole new story about Batman series.

Living next door to Russia (Me Estonia) then yes all ruskies bad. The stories that have been told what my parents, grandparents and even further down the line went through and the ruskies living here still have audacity to be utter dipshits then yeah...
