Please be true! Please be true!! That would pwn is someone would release the collector's edition. If the textures are better in the CE then it's a must have. New maps would be great too.

I dont know if this the most I can get from this game, having in mind that on almost all high settings with radeon 9600PRO in LOTR:Battle for the middle earth 1, I was getting smooth fps, and now with 6600GT and in LOTR:Battle for the middle earth 2 I am getting on similar video settings only 30 fps, then I am terribly disapointed with this game and in same time with EA....what a shame???
What is VSync and AA or AF for this game, since there is not in advanced video settings option to turn off or on???

Does the 1.01 patch and thereloaded crack work with this version? and can i play with a friend who doenst have the collectors edition?

VSYNC is Vertical Synchronization is an option found in many games that allows the frame rate of the game to be matched to the refresh rate of the monitor. Generally, allowing VSync provides the greatest stability, but turning it off can allow for much higher frame rates. The downside of the greater speed is the potential for artifacts to develop. You can set VSYNC to on in your vid cards driver control center. More than likely you don't have this enabled. By default it is disabled. I am sure that this is an EA thing because of all the units on screen at once. Because if they allowed it to go over 30 fps to lets say 60fps, you would see a drastic fall in fps when you got into a heavy game with a 1000 cap limit reached. 60fps to 20fps = Massive Complaints and forum fills.

Played both good and evil campaigns, shame the campaigns arent linked to the strategic map.
And the strategic map alone was somewhat boring.
The original was better, uninstalled.

sp is always a letdown, you're supposed to be playing multiplayer against real people. that's where the fun is.  |

Yeah, OH YEAH!!! Galadriel ROCKS! I typed up a little review a while back about her. She destroys everything and has a Tornado and Evil Stare that scares everyone away! BFMEII is a great game! Just imagine what C&C III is going to be like! EA is now settled in EALA or Playa Del Rey, CA. So maybe they can get down to producing high quality games.

I bought the collectors edition today in the store today and the fucking game dvd is blank!. What a bunch of wankers EA are. Back to the reloaded version I guess.

i must admit this game is great! i just played a skrmish with the 100x option and the units amount on the map reached to 3000+. they all clashed eachother and it was fucking awesome.
therez a bunch of annoying bugs that kinda mess the game up but other than that, its a pretty good game.

Kill Gollum, and take the ring to your base-building (fort?) then you can create him IF you are the EVIL force, else theres that other chick..
Have only seen this In War of Ring mode..
