Twitter wasnt profitable for like what, 10 years?
It will take a few billion to nudge Valve's Steam on the field. Dont expect Epic Store being profitable for next 5 years (if ever, Fortnite isnt going to last forever and money waterfall will wither)

its not a pipedream if the publishers okay it and back it and make their cd key work on all platforms and its an opportunity to keep customer loyalty for the sales platform
i own the game, where i play and download it should be my choice

its just marketing blurb and his dream to be the one to do it and have all that sweet data ... publishers will never OK this (what happened with Geeforce Now is pretty clear example of that)
