And I've got to say, it's the little machine that could. Even in single core starved bethesda shit (running at 4GHz) it does short work of the 4690K@4.3GHz I have at home, pretty impressive and a good sign of what's to come with my soon to be ryzen upgrade for that desktop.

You do realize all your computer shit is Chinese right?
I've been using Sager and Clevo for years, not once has any of my laptops gone bad. Ones I've had by Acer, Asus, MSI, Gateway, all took a shit.

I personally decided to ditch laptop's gaming, at least hardware wise.
Got my current free T14 Lenovo for my job, completely fine with that.
I am getting gaming PC soon, will just use my laptop to stream from my main PC if I want to game at friends, I am not allowed to install on it major stuffs but using streaming is a nice loophole and current streaming technology is progressing nicely.

Then I'll see where we go from there. | So did both (Noctua NT-H1 + 600 grade sandpaper until the atomized/evaporated previous thermal paste was removed from the copper cooler and there was an actual copper surface again) and it's night and day.
OCCT pounding 1h WITH turbo enabled on the cpu (so it goes up to 3.7GHz on the 4 cores on the i7-7700), and ony one of the 4 cores hit 97ºc, one other at 91-92ºc and the other two didn't break 90ºc.
Also did the Fallout 76 test running from one map end to the other in 20min or so, barely broke 75ºc (it used to run at 83/84ºc WITHOUT cpu turbo mode enabled before).
So now the clevo is slightly less shite. Still nowhere close to the previously mentioned HP with the 4600H, holy shit is that thing a beast
