The scriptwriting was indeed on point today, we got two of the most entertaining games of recent years in one bundle. They had everything in them, from utter defensive chaos to quality finishing to ridiculous Fifa-esque fuckups to multiple surprise comebacks and redemption arcs. After that dire match against Italy I was not expecting the Swiss to react in such a remarkable way, especially not after the missed penalty that turned the tables - but not really. Balls of s̶t̶e̶e̶l Emmental 
As for Croatia, they did the best that they could, but Spain's quality in terms of passing and general organization was visibly superior. Still, it could have gone both ways since there were so many mistakes from the central defenders not being able to mark properly or just vibing. I don't even know what to expect at this point, wild Euros are wild.

It was a very entertaining day. Tons of goals with cat-and-mouse hunts.  I wasn't expecting much from Spain nor Croatia so either one could lose in the same way.
France woke up at the second half but defending was disastorous. Marking was so bad and they havent even playing against world class strikers. Uncle Carlo will have a tough time thinking is Varane a defender you can rely your LaLiga title on. 
Today we have another shot of very close opponents between each other. Germoney is still a huge question, so is England. Sweden Ukraine might be decided on individual level (Isak vs. Yarmolenko). May the better teams win, as long as the winner is not determined by silly refereeing.

If Germany plays like they did against portugal they might have a chance. I haven't wtched a single match of england though, no clue how good they are.
