That would be Night Fight 3. I'm not a console player, but noticed that IGN rated it around 8.5. Take that as background, when pondering the reliability of such magazine.
In any case, you may want to take a look to this series of posts to know a bit more about the Oblivion "review":
http://forum.teamxbox.com/showthread.php?s=9cce6fe83786f1f34a03e07ebae52cf3&t=422163&page=3
It seems that it wasn't done over the final version. And apparently, the main complaints were the performance issues and the AI. If you are to believe the rumors, March 9 is commented as the release date. Even if it matches with the announcement of the 7900 series from nVidia, it sounds far too premature. Time will tell.

It won't be March 9th. Take today's date and add around 2 weeks and you will get any potential release date. That is of course hoping that the gone gold announcement will be out soon.

Wow, I am looking forward to this game. Check out this preview from Voodoo Extreme:
http://ve3d.ign.com/articles/691/691326p1.html
LOL!! At the XSUX360 version. Read this tid bit from Voodoo Extreme:
Some more Oblivion previews are online from the late bloomers (no pun intended). Check 'em out at Gamespy, Game Revolution, Gamepro, plus Wired, which points out some shortcomings of the Xbox 360 version. We played and previewed the PC build (cough). Here's a bit about some problems the 360 had:
When I got outside, things got hairy. I could see across to the other side of a lake, but it was completely undetailed. Just big, formless blobs of blues and greens. I turned around and looked at my more immediate surroundings and realized that the draw distance was awful. As you walk around, the ground teems with individually rendered blades of grass, bushes, mushrooms, all sorts of stuff. But only a small radius around your character is fully realized -- the rest of it is drawn in, quite visibly, as you move around.
This is the HD Era? Watching bushes and trees pop up out of thin air as I walk around? At one point I was heading towards what I thought was an empty forest clearing, when big-ass chunks of building started magically appearing. Come on. (Or maybe I was doing so well in the game that its denizens had started building shrines to my glory.)
PC graphics control panels for the win. Draw distance --> Far.
Uhhhggg, if I was a XSUX360 owner I would be pissed!

Well, I would guess for video at least a 7800GTX, x1800XT or x1900XTX. I know it will bring my 6800GS to it's knees crying for mercy!
