Guys what do you know about the PSVR, will there be a new version or just the new camera adapter?
I'd like to know which to get for the future, either PSVR or something for the PC.

most comfortable headset to wear for me at the time it came out. well made.
resolution wise it wasn't great and neither were the controllers (old tech), but it was good enough to get the point across and considering the hardware it ran on it was as good as was feasible I think.
next one with ps5 should be very good I believe
and maybe alyx is coming to ps5 vr too with the steam console stuff

Fuck yea! Just scored a PS5 bundle from GameStop today. Comes with extra controller, ratcher and clank, spiderman, and some other game.
My last playstation was PS1 from ancient times. What are some good games to get now?

Ryzen 5950x @ boosting 5ghz, Gigabyte x570 Aorus Master, 128gb G.Skill Trident Neo pc3600 ram, nVidia RTX 5080, SoundBlasterX G6, Samsung 980 Pro m.2 1TB and Hynix m.2 1TB storage SSD. Custom watercooling loop.

yeah catch up on some cheap PS4 exclusives that now run silent on the PS5 with faster load times and often better framerates and/or resolution

that is pretty normal with sony if you take a look at the older consoles.
mostly the first versions are bigger and heavier but also superior to all other version when it comes to features and heatsink + fan. still even if they replace the heatsink for example for a smaller or weaker one, other stuff will get better over time, like reduced nm on the APU, so less heat will be produced, or like on the ps3 for example some components which will die after a few years and brick your console.
my guess is they reduced the size of the very big heatsink to save some money. hope we can see a teardown of this version soon.
