So far every review've seen says that the combat, gameplay is good but the game is very buggy. This means at least half a year until they fix some of it.

When ever i see this game turn up, i get disapointed...i so want it to be a remake of Hired Guns (amiga)
shitloads of new stuff in my pc. Cant keep track of it all.

Even on dx11 runs very poorly, im on a 2070 super and a 3700x and this stutters from 140 to 45 fps at times, its all over the place.

The game has a pretty solid art direction, the gunplay itself is decent-ish and the high mobility encouraged by the double jumping, grappling hook 'n wall-running is always welcome, but alas, the way its mechanics are implemented is for me a sad trombone more than anything else. And that's without counting the inconsistent performance, suppressed sound effects and the constant sensation of playing some sort of accidental version released for internal testing.
Between the poor AI and shambolic enemy placement, the floaty physics with the mastiff that seems to possess noclipping superpowers, silly press-E-to-cinemelee borrowed from nu-Doom (fortunately not mandatory), the loot-y mechanics and forgettable writing, the experience overall leans a tad too much towards the el-cheapo side. Still, props to the devs for making an honest single-player FPS which is commendable these days. Too bad the standards are so low that even mundaneness almost feels like a relief.

The game is very junky, especially because they decided to add so many things that they couldn't pull off properly. The cutscenes and takedown animations are quite bad and gameplay could flow without them. The performance is pretty unstable and the textures quality is all over the place. The UI functionality ain't the best either, but at least you can disable some of its annoying features.
These being said, I don't regret buying the game. The environments are amazing and fun to traverse. They nailed the grandeur and intricacy of 40k hiveworlds. The gunplay is quite decent, however, there are few guns that don't provide proper feedback (mostly the heavy ones), but there's enough variety to have fun. The story doesn't even matter that much, especially since the cutscenes are so embarrassing and the voice acting isn't all that better. In a few months this game could get a lot better if they listen to feedback.

Unlimited spawning enemies and said enemies literally spawning right on top of you/behind where you just cleared? Get the fuck out of here with that shit. Uninstalled.
