But yeah, big mistake there IMO. Even if you're stuck at home try to enforce some semblance of work/off work split, and a good start would be to dress up for work, even if you're in the same room where you'll be chilling after work 
As for the mid-life crisis, buy a big ass hummer or something

I’ve totally refined my diet the last 2.5 months and started running again. I went full force and I hit it hard with my OCD tendencies. Can’t do the gym. All closed or appointment which doesn’t work with my long hours. A few friends my age have started getting some problems.....I wasn’t that bad, but it was a wake up call. I was getting fat in Covid but I’ve llost that all and then some.
Ohh and then sometimes I have to take my garbage down to the garbage room. I put on my nice jeans, cute little tank top....let my hair down.....take down the garbage. Yap to my neighbours....or I grab a blanket and throw on my short jean cut offs, let my big hair down....hang out by myself at the river.
I’m dying to cheat and see a friend but if anyone I see has to tell public health about me as a close contact ....it get reported to my work and I don’t get paid full time wages, I get something like 80% of what 20 hrs would be.

....put on a dress, heels....or just nice cool clothes and have coffee with a friend.....instead of going from one set of home pajammas to work/scrub pajammas . I’m in pajammas 24/7. I feel non-human. Or it’s a midlife crisis.....I think it’s both. And I got my heart broken by a friend....in which I won’t go into details....
