Hoodlum installer gets stuck at 67% and freezes my task manager and has a arc.exe process located in the installation folder of the game running and cant stop it access denied and makes my task manager not respond and have to hard reboot cause restart hangs on the restarting logo
Any ideas ? Tried twice same issue..Pc runs fine other than that.

Bad ram, got probelms on my old computer because of ram. Installation of repacks and larger isos always gave me error. Sometimes rehashing torrent helped...

exactly same shit happened to me with other installers. bad ram indeed, replaced and it works fine again.

So Forza Horizon 4 is now winding down, reaching EOL:

Starting July 25, we will have the final series for the game in Series 77 which will include the last Festival Playlist that ends on August 22.
After Series 77 ends on August 22, you will no longer be able to access the playlist screen, except to see the festival playlist history. When booting the game, you will be taken to the Festival Site screen rather than the Festival Playlist. |
