Well, OBS uses NV something to encode. So yes. Why would anyone use CPU bound encoding for streaming? ^^

cause that shit didnt exist in 2008 Very Happy

actually something did exist but it was a payed plugin that would tap in directly to the directx or something, cant recall its name, and then xplsit came around and added a "game mode" much later

remember fiddling with it in the very first borderlands , without it i couldnt stream the game, with it, everything was buttersmooth

Intel finally getting on track again? About time. But lets wait and see if it really happens.

Haha got to love those clickbait titles on vidoes...rip this and rip that. Laughing
IF there will be 3nm intel cpu's at the end of 2022 / early 2023, then there probably will also be Zen 5's or maybe Zen 6's at 3nm and who knows which one is better...anyway competition is always good.

Can't wait for Intel to do a proper design update to their CPU's instead of relying on new manufacturing processes to get more performance out of the same basic design as their 6th/7th gen CPU's. I also can't wait for them to replace the ridiculous naming scheme.

Tough, their industry drove manufacturing to Asia, let them spend the money they saved to bring it back.

If the 11ks series will be disappointed I may just stick with Ryzen but it's still early to full confimed yet, we will know better on March.

@PickupArtist
Damn ASUS and the pandering to (looks at word written on palm) bitcoin!
I am starting to really feel you look at something, and try to work backwards on how you can blame miners/crypto.

PCI-e slots has more than videocard and soundcard uses you would need for gaming. That's not really a 'gaming' motherboard. It can be, just as a Bugatti Chiron can be used as a grocery getter. There is tons and tons of things all those slots are useful for in a workstations/server/data store setup.
RAID controllers, NVME cards, dedicated ram network buffer cards if a cluster management box, fiber networking, cluster connections, load balancing domain setups, etc etc.

I am really thinking go with Ryzen at this point, Too bad the graphics cards are overrpriced as fuck and the Ryzen series lack integrad GPU.
